Common Ground Teacher’s Manuals work hand in hand with the Common Ground Student manuals, providing step-by-step instructions on how to conduct each conversation and pronunciation English lesson.   Lessons begin with an overview page, summarizing for  teachers  what the lesson is all about.  Each lesson overview comes complete with a materials list and steps to effectively prepare for the lesson.  Throughout the lesson, the teacher’s manual contains helpful tips, questions and insights on conducting the lessons and avoiding potential pitfalls.  Each Teacher’s Manual includes a helpful “Teacher Resources” section that provides general EFL Teaching Tips as well as pre and post student assessments.  A separate teacher’s manual is available for each level, beginning, intermediate and advanced. 

The beginning level starts off with very basic introductions and alphabet letters.  It then moves into lessons that incorporate basic vocabulary as well as offering the potential for some basic discussion of character.  This level is appropriate for first time English students or may be adjusted for those learners that are more advanced beginners.
